Current Projects

Biofuels – Aemetis Advanced Products Keyes, Inc. (“AAPK”)

AAPK will expand the existing ethanol plant in Keyes, California by the construction and operation of a biomass pretreatment and production facility in the nearby city of Riverbank to produce advanced cellulosic ethanol and related products, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel/Renewable Diesel, BioGas, and Carbon Sequestration.

The first location is the Aemetis Keyes 60 million gallon ethanol plant (“Keyes”) located along Highway 99 at 4209 Jessup Road, Ceres, CA in Stanislaus County, near the town of Keyes. The second location for the Project is the Riverbank Industrial Complex (“Riverbank”), which is located approximately 15 miles northeast of the Keyes plant at 5300 Claus Road, Modesto, CA 95357.

The project locations fall within a qualified high unemployment area, or TEA, in accordance with parameters of the EB-5 Reform Act and confirmed in the TEA analysis provided by Vermillion Consulting, Economist – Kim Atteberry

The NCE will loan up to $200,000,000 in EB-5 funds to the developer to be utilized in job creation. The National Interest Expedite request was approved on April 22, 2020. In addition to the EB-5 funds, the project is projected to utilize approximately $900,000,000 in non-EB-5 capital, resulting in the creation of 4065.7 jobs by 2025.

Advanced BioEnergy, LP.

The project JCE is Aemetis Advanced Fuels Keyes, Inc. (“AAFK”). This is a biofuels (ethanol) Project, located at 4209 Jessup Rd, Ceres, CA 95307 – Stanislaus County, CA. The New Commercial Enterprise serves as a vehicle for investment into this job creating entity. The NCE, Advanced BioEnergy, LP accepted $35.5 million in EB-5 funds from 71 EB-5 investors and transferred the funds to the developer to be utilized in job creation. Since its inception, the project has invested a total cost of $217,975,037 in non-EB-5 funds. The project created a total of 1,040.7 jobs.

California Energy Investment Fund 1 LP.

The project JCE is Genesis Solar Energy. This is a solar project located at 11995 Wiley’s Well Road, Blythe, CA 92225 – Riverside County, CA. The NCE, California Energy Investment Fund I LP accepted $99.5 million in EB-5 funds from 199 EB-5 investors and transferred the funds to the developer to be utilized in job creation. The project utilized $1,116,982,000 in non-EB-5 capital resulting in the creation of 4,469.7 jobs from expenditures in prior FYs. The project has already created more than enough jobs for all investors in this NCE to satisfy their I-829 petitions. A total of 177 I-829 petitions were approved.

California Energy Investment Fund 2 LP.

The project JCE is McCoy Solar Energy Project. This solar project is located at 135 N Commercial St Blythe, CA, 92225 – Riverside County, CA. This NCE, California Energy Investment Fund 2 LP accepted $99,500,000 million in EB-5 funds from 199 EB-5 investors and transferred the funds to the developer to be utilized in job creation. The project utilized $640,051,353 in non-EB-5 capital resulting in the creation of 4,360.3 jobs. The project has already created more than enough jobs for all investors.

California Energy Investment Fund 3 LP.

The project JCE is Silver State Solar Energy. This solar project is located at 2250 E Primm Blvd, Jean, NV, 89019 – Clark County, NV. In prior fiscal years, the NCE, California Energy Investment Fund 3 LP accepted $122,500,000 in EB-5 funds from 245 EB-5 investors and transferred the funds to the developer to be utilized in job creation. In addition, the project invested approximately $1,015,426,990 in non-EB-5 capital for job creation, resulting in the creation of 9,718.2 jobs. The project has already created more than enough jobs for all investors.
